In the same way, sites are selected that will give the greatest facilities for transport and in localities where there is an ample supply of skilled and semi-skilled labor.

Institutions

School, hospital, town hall, polytechnic, university, college, sports stadium, crematorium, cemetery, abattoir, chapel, temple, club, house, mosque, public library, museum, and exhibition hall; these are all examples of institutional property. They have one; therefore, they are not open to sale transactions.
